Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shree Shyam Holiday. By booking tour packages, pilgrimage yatras, or outstation taxi services through our platform or direct WhatsApp channels, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation & Advance Payments:

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit or digital voucher confirmation.
  • For fixed price tours, instant online booking is available. For custom itineraries (Char Dham Yatra, Golden Triangle, Kashmir Circuits), our team provides an all-inclusive custom quote covering vehicle class, driver allowances, toll taxes, and parking fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In order to cover vehicle reservations, permit processing, and pre-booked hotel allocations, standard cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 15 days prior to travel: 90% refund of the advance amount.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to travel: 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • Less than 7 days prior to travel: Advance deposit is non-refundable, but travel dates may be rescheduled depending on vehicle availability.

Outstation Cabs & Route Guidelines:

  • All outstation cabs are chauffeured by verified, commercial badge-holding drivers.
  • AC is fully operational throughout the journey; however, as per standard hill-driving protocol, AC may be temporarily switched off on steep mountain inclines (e.g. Rohtang Pass, Kedarnath hill sectors) to ensure engine safety.
  • Night travel in high-altitude Himalayan zones is restricted as per local administration advisories.

Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure):

In the event of landslides, extreme weather, road blockages, natural disasters, or government restrictions, Shree Shyam Holiday will actively assist in alternative route planning and hotel adjustments. Any incremental third-party expenses incurred during unforeseen delays remain the responsibility of the traveler.
